 Just a warning: Across the Universe is kind of distracting when you're trying to write something. Especially when they're introducing the Asian lesbian.
But anyway, let me get down to the point of all this. I'm Morgan. I'm not sure if my name is from the fact that my parents loved the Captain a little too much the night they made me or if they assumed because I was so shy in the womb that I must be female. Regardless, it's my name and it has been for all 26 years I have existed in the world. I actually wasn't born here in Phoenix, but my parents moved around a few times due to random promotions or jobs my dad would get that would require relocating. Nothing else quite felt the same as this place though, so as soon as I could I made my way back here. I somehow managed to scam my way into living in a decent place and working at Game Stop so I get an excuse to play Rock Band or whatever is on display all day. I went to college down in Texas actually. University of Texas down in their liberal capitol which is kind of a mind fuck if you only know of the state from the stereotypes. I mean really, they pride themselves on being "weird" and sell shirts that say so. But that's not the point. The point is that I'm college-educated, work at a game store, live in Phoenix and felt the urge to blog. What I'm going to blog about? I'm not sure. Maybe about my conquests. Maybe if we get any really sweet shipments in, or maybe a review of whatever album I keep listening to on repeat. Hopefully it'll match the awesome level I assign to it, and it won't feel like a total waste creeping around the internet.
